a 12-week group coaching experience

healthy x balance

This is a 12-week group coaching experience designed for women who are done starting over.

You already know what to do — but something isn’t clicking when it comes to actually doing it consistently. That’s exactly what we fix here.

This is not another “6-week shred” or quick fix that falls apart the second life gets busy. Those programs fail because they chase results without teaching you how to keep them.

This program is built differently.

Over 12 weeks, we focus on small, intentional changes that compound into real routines. Each week, you will build on what you’ve already established — creating habits that actually fit your life, not disrupt it.

You won’t just get results… you’ll understand how you got them, so you can maintain them long after the program ends.

Inside the program, you’ll get:

  • Weekly group coaching calls for guidance, support, and real-time problem solving

  • Custom macros tailored to your body and goals

  • Tools and guidance how to build your own meal plan

  • An app to track your progress, habits, and daily actions

  • Weekly education breaking down why you’re doing what you’re doing

  • Structure and accountability to help you finally follow through

Right now, it feels like you’re constantly restarting — trying to piece together everything you know you should be doing, but never quite able to stick with it long enough to see it work. You’re juggling life, kids, work, and everything in between, and somewhere along the way, you got disconnected from your own body. Nothing feels consistent, nothing feels clear, and it’s frustrating because you know you’re capable of more.

By the end of this, things will finally feel simple. You’re won't be overthinking every decision or relying on motivation to get through the week. You know exactly what your body needs, your routines feel natural instead of forced, and you’re showing up for yourself in a way that actually sticks. Not because you tried harder—but because you built something you can actually maintain.
