FOUNDATIONS
In this phase we build the foundational habits you need in place if you ever want to actually get long-term results. This is what most programs skip. They just tell you a list of things you need to change immediately, which isn't realistic. And you end up throwing in the towel before you've ever really gotten started.
UNBLOCK
In this phase we dig deeper based on biofeedback from your checkins, pull labs, get a GI map, etc to find out what is truly holding you back from making the progress you have been spinning your wheel over the year trying to get. We find the WHY behind your being "stuck". Most programs don't dig like us.
ENERGIZE
In this phase we use the data from the previous phase to energize your system. We fix what your doctors dismissed as "just stress" and we get ALL your systems functioning once again to give you predictability and confidence in your body! This is where the real customization comes into play. You can't fix root cause symptoms on a program built for someone else.
LIFESTYLE
In the last phase we teach you our proven methods to implement all your new habits into "real life". We show you how to go to social events, have a girls trip, attend birthday parties, go on vacation, all while maintaining your results. This is the part that 99% of other programs leave out! Learning the real world lifestyle is key if you don't want to restart the cycle of digging yourself into a deeper hole.

hi, i'm Paige
I met my husband in middle school, started dating in high school, and by 19, we had two babies. I was a young mom, just trying to figure life out.
I wasn’t an athlete. I didn’t grow up playing sports. I never stepped foot in a gym until 2019. I didn’t eat healthy, and honestly, I didn’t care to.
But behind the scenes, my health was falling apart.
I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder that caused seizures and was put on prednisone for 15 years. I went from specialist to specialist, hoping someone would have answers...but every time, I was told the same thing: there’s nothing we can do.
Not once was I asked about my nutrition, my lifestyle, my habits. Just medication and management.
At the same time, I ended up having an ovary removed due to a cyst caused by my IUD. I was told losing an ovary wouldn’t affect my hormones at all.
Which was clearly a lie and it wrecked me.
At 26, I was diagnosed with endometriosis and told my only options were a hysterectomy or a pill to shut my body down into menopause. I refused to accept that.
So I did what no one else was doing for me...I started learning.
I dove into labs. I learned how to actually read them. I changed how I ate, how I trained, how I supported my body with the right nutrients.
And everything changed.
I’ve been off prednisone since 2019. I haven’t had a seizure since 2020. I no longer deal with any endometriosis pain. My hormones are optimized and functioning the way they’re supposed to.
Not because I got lucky, but because I finally understood what my body needed.
So when I say I get it, I mean it.
I’ve been the woman chasing her pre-baby body.
I’ve wasted money on programs that didn’t work.
I’ve been told my labs are “normal” while feeling anything but.
I’ve heard “it’s just stress” more times than I can count.
I’ve felt broken.
